Dance machines

Post by mr_roll »

Now we know for a LAN party to have a dance machine and insurance - its a hell of a lot for insurance, but what if a participant came with his / her dance machine and put a notice up saying "this is property of xxx play at your own risk"

If there was any injury from some one playing on the DDR machine, would the owner or LAN owners be liable for compensation ?

I would imagine, the owner of the Machine would be liable, rather than the LAN itself
If it bleeds, we can fry it :0D

hmmm - say if I was the owner and just rented it out to other arcades, this would mean that there would be constant money comming in, but I'd be able to book it for when I need it.

That could be another plan.

/me ponders
